Reservation terms

Validity: A reservation is considered valid only upon the deposit of 15% of the total stay amount.

Availability vs. Booking: Please note that a confirmation of availability for specific dates from Sunray Apartments does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Finalization: A booking is officially confirmed only after the successful receipt of the required deposit.

Transaction Fees: Any additional bank charges or transaction fees associated with the deposit are to be covered by the depositor.

By proceeding with your booking, you automatically agree to our house rules and terms of service.

Money refund

• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Payoff

The payoff of the reservation is cleared at Sunray apartments when you check in.
